For readers who find joy in the world's greatest stories and believe finishing one deserves to be remembered.

Every classic leaves its mark.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Alexis.

Mom. Traveler. Bibliophile.

I've always dreamed of building a business of my own. Long before that, though, I dreamed of becoming a professional reader.

Books have always been part of my life. But like many parents, after becoming a mom I found myself reading less and putting my own hobbies aside. Joining a local book club helped me rediscover something I had missed: the joy of finishing a great book and sharing it with others.

Around the same time, I was trying to exercise more after having my second child. I signed up for a virtual challenge that rewarded each completed race with a beautiful medal. That small reward was surprisingly motivating. It encouraged me to keep going, and in 2026 I crossed the finish line of my very first half marathon.

And that is how Books & Honor was born.

Finishing a classic novel takes dedication. It can take weeks of quiet mornings, late nights, and hundreds of pages. Yet when you close the book, there's rarely anything tangible to commemorate the journey.

That's why I created Books & Honor.

A place where finishing a timeless classic is celebrated with something beautiful. Every medal is designed to honor not just the book itself, but the reader who invested the time to experience it.
